Mentori-Kanna is used for sharving the edge off finished products.
One of the reasons why it is necessary to “sharving the edge” is for safety. Drop the edge as thin as a thread.
And another reason is to improve the design. For that purpose, the edge is sharpened greatly.
Mentori-Kanna can be adjusted with screws to increase the distance between the bases. If you widen the bases, the Kanna blade will go deeper and you can take a wide surface.
