Q: Is a place to stay and meals provided?

A: We do not provide a place to stay. We recommend finding a place through Airbnb. We are able to provide suggestions if you have trouble finding a place.

Please prepare your own meals. There are several places for a meal near the school.

 

Q: Do I need to bring tools for the course?

A: We highly recommend bringing the tools you have. If you do not have any tools, we will inform you of recommended tools in advance. You can buy the minimum necessary tools from online shops or schools around the world.

 

Q: Do you need previous experience to apply in the course?

A: There are no necessary requirements. We welcome beginners to professional carpenters. Students are able to progress the course at their own pace.

 

Q: Is a certain Visa required?

A: As the course is for one month, there is no need for a special Visa. Please come with the tourist Visa. Please check the length of stay allowed in Japan for your nationality.

 

Q: Do I get a certificate after finishing the course?

A: Once the course is completed, we will hand you a “course completion” certificate.

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

* Note-If you cancel for your reasons, ￥24640 will be charged as a refund fee regardless of the period.

  • Full Refund

  • Change the course date

 

60 days to 41 days before the start of the course:

  • 20% cancellation fee

or

  • Change the course date

 

40 days to 21 days before the start of the course:

  • No refund
  • Change the course date

 

20 days before the start of the course:

  • No refund
  • No course change

*The course can only be changed to a month where there is still an availability.
