I use curved planes (Uchi-maru Kanna, Soto-maru Kann) depending on the material I want to make.
It is necessary to make a grindstone that fits each blade according to the diameter of the material.
When making a grindstone, use curved wood with a diamond plate and rub each grindstone to make a different grindstone.
And that’s how you make each grindstone with different curves. Each grindstone should be shaped to match, as each curve is different.
